MICC-West Point is issuing this solicitation to procure new Elation LED Automated Lighting Fixtures, and associated accessories for the Eisenhower Hall Theatre at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY that meet the features and specifications detailed in the Scope of Work attached to this Solicitation.

The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation as a 100% set‑aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.104‑1(a), under NAICS code 335139 - Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as Small Business GSA Contract holders under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov.
