374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan is seeking sources interested in providing commercial electric power at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) in Kyoto, Japan. The Anticipated start date is Aug 2026.

Description of Requirement:

SITE NAME: Life Support Area (LSA) at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS)

The contractor shall provide commercial power twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at KCS LSA.

Estimated Maximum Demand: 186 kW
Estimated Annual Consumption: 874,368 kWh

NOTE: THIS PROJET WILL BE PREFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFERER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN JAPAN.
