    Notice of Intent for Sole Source. The Health Readiness Contracting Office - East, intends to issue an award solely to E-9 Corporation, 5285 Sharnee Road, Suite 500, Alexandria, VA 22312 The procurement is for First Due Software Mobile Web Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR) subscription is in support of the Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH), West Point, NY.  The NAICS code of this procurement is 541519 and the size standard is $34 million. First Due is the sole manufacturer and owner of the intellectual property being provided within the software platform and is partnered with E-9 Corporation for providing the required FedRAMP authorized solution and E-9 Corporation is the only authorized provider. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please see the attached Sole Source Determination. Responses are due no later than 8  August 2025 at 03:00 PM EST. Interested organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications for future acquisitions to the contract specialist, Justin C Balster electronically via email to justin.balster2.civ@health.mil. The government intends to award a contract on or around 22 August 2025.
