New elevator controllers shall be integrated with BEPs existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The bridging documents should provide enough detail to allow successful solicitation of a design-build construction contract addressing complete alteration of the elevators. The Contractor shall ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, minimize disruption to building operations during installation and achieve targeted energy savings and sustainability goals.
