Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to ELMA for Rugged 12R2 7U TNP Chassis
Assembly. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose
of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's
intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis ELMA
(DUNS 807547740, CAGE Code 76096) of 44350 S. Grimmer Blvd. Fremont, CA 94538.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with ELMA under the authority of
FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial
items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 and the business size standard is
1000 (of employees) employees.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered
by the Government.
Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted
via e-mail ONLY to Jerome.d.abaya.civ@us.navy.mil by 21 May 2025 12:00 PM Pacific
Time (PT). All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government
for the
purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination
by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice
is solely within the discretion of the Government.
