EMBASSY UPS REFRESHMENT ON ALL TRS/SERVER ROOMS

The American Embassy Colombo, Sri Lanka has a requirement for a contractor to supply and deliver "UPS units from the same brands and specifications mentioned there-in" and you are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

1.Standard Form SF-18

2.FAR Clauses

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order & you are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential bidders with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-18 and your quotation to AkbarGF@state.gov on or before September 26, 2025 at 03:00 PM Indian Standard Time (Delhi).

The Supplier should be able to furnish the full lot of material in 60 days with a door to door delivery to US Embassy Colombo.

I seek 2 requirements to be met here other in quote and supply:

1) First to give competitive overall price with delivery for full quantity and

2) The next is to have all these items packed and shipped as one full consignment. (All within 60 days ARO) to the US Embassy Colombo

Please note & confirm on your offer the following:

1. Partial Quote/Supply is not accepted (This is an all or none request to quote)

2. Quotation validity no less than 30 days

3. Warranty (2 Year) with one to one replacement in 72 hours (Place of performance: Colombo, Sri Lanka)

4. Best Price with Delivery to, US Embassy Colombo 210 Galle Road Colombo 03, Sri Lanka, DDP Basis (Embassy will provide duty free clearance documents)

5. Lead Time & Availability (Compulsory)

6. Total shipping weight & (Export) Packing dimensions of the shipment (Compulsory)

7. We require items based on the given Brands and specifications (Compulsory)
