General. This Sources Sought is issued for informational and market research purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a solicitation under FAR Subpart 5.2. This Sources Sought has a related notice in GSA for an RFI/RFQ under Request ID: RFQ1809521.

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain information regarding industry interest, capabilities, and qualifications so the Government can make informed acquisition decisions. We encourage responses from both large and small businesses, including Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) firms, HUBZone firms, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). Project Background:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires a new, reliable backup power source for the Cougar Adult Fish Collection Facility, located at the Cougar Dam. The existing infrastructure necessitates the procurement of a new diesel generator set to ensure continuity of operations during primary power failures. This PD list the requirements for the equipment and all associated service.
