    Description

    Restore function to bldg. 101 Heating system by way of repair.

    #1.  Repair the (2) coils in the RTU West

    #2. Install new heat trace on the supply and return lines from the building loop up to the unit itself  

    #3.  Have firm run calcs on heat transfer of raw water to glycol and will our coils and vav support the loss. 

    #4. In the mechanical room cut off water feed from domestic and install and fill system with 70/30 blend of glycol.   50 Gallon make up tank for feeder and bypass system to manually feed.
