    Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, Inc. (Cage Code: 1AZ62), under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This is a sole-source purchase order based on only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). Due to the proprietary nature of the requirement, National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Inc. is the sole authorized provider for National Registry Emergency Medical Responder (NREMR) for Emergency Medical Response (EMR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), and Nationally Registrered Paramedics (NRP) testing vouchers in the United States.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
