A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE WHICH WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS TO RESPOND TO THIS OPPORTUNITY.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled EMERGENCY REPAIR A/C SYSTEM DCB BUILDING, at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC Victorville), located in Victorville, California.

FCC Victorville is a federally owned facility located at 13777 AIR EXPRESSWAY BLVD., VICTORVILLE CALIFORNIA, 92394.  The project consists of the following: Demolish the existing mechanical system and install a new one in Building #1122.

FCC Victorville is a United Stated federal prison complex for male and female inmates.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million. To be considered an interested vendor, you must possess this NAICS code in your www.sam.gov registration.
