be considered in order to determine the feasibility of a small business (i.e SB,SDB,SDVOSB,WOSB, 8(a),
VOSB, HUBZONE) providing the necessary support, whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the
competition for small business, and the most appropriate contract vehicle. Large businesses are not precluded from responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT. The information requested will be used within the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the IRS. The
agency is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be
construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note the
Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this
Sources Sought notice. The NAICS for this effort is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. The
Small Business Administration small business size standard for NAICS code 541512, Computer Systems
Design Services is $30.0 million. The acquisition strategy of this requirement has not yet been determined.
A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been attached for your reference. The Government
seeks comments from industry regarding the draft PWS in order to clarify any ambiguities. These
