Update 08/05/2025 - Draft RFP 

The contents of the draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for DIA ESO IDIQ are now available for review. Interested parties are encouraged to examine the attached contents of the draft RFP and submit questions by Friday, 8 August 2025, at 10AM/EDT to Brittany Turner (brittany.turner@dodiis.mil) and Hugo Patron (hugo.patron@dodiis.mil).  

Update 08/05/2025 - Special Notice - Revision to Answer for Question 16 in Special Notice posted on 16 July 2025

This special notice serves to inform all interested parties that there has been a correction to the answer for question number 16 in the special notice that was posted on 16 July 2025. For the revised information, please refer to the attached document, titled "SPECIAL NOTICE Update to 16 July 2025". The Questions and Answers (Q&A) session remains closed, and the Government will not accept any additional questions.

• Question period is extended to 5:00 PM EST 07 March 2025.
• Copy of DESO Industry Day Presentation included. 
• The Request for Information (RFI) deadline for capability statements will be moved from 27 February 2025 to 17 March 2025 and will not be required for attendance to the Industry Day. 
• Registration for "DESO Industry Day" will be extended until 5:00 PM EST on 24 February 2025.

Request for Information (RFI) for non-personal services to support Enterprise Security and Operation (DESO) Indefinite-Delivery/indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Pre-Solicitation/Technical Exchange Meeting with Industry Day 

The Defense Intellgience Agency (DIA) will host a pre-solicitation Industry Day Meeting for the DIA Enterprise Security and Operation IDIQ. 

The Industry Day will be held 4-5 March 2025, begining at 8:00a.m. (EST) each day, at the Defense Intellgence Anlysis Center (DIAC), at Joint Base Anacostia Boiling (JBAB) in Washington, DC.
