***AMENDMENT 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the revised solicitation deadline to Friday, 15 August 2025, and to incorporate additional submission instructions.

Offerors are reminded that late submissions or post-deadline revisions will not be accepted. Quotes MUST include a complete specifications sheet, a complete Combo (as defined in the solicitation), a thorough address of all salient characteristics, delivery, installation, and removal and disposal. Failure to submit all required documentation will result in ineligibility. Offerors are strongly encouraged to review the solicitation document for full compliance.

***AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Updated Questions and Answers.

***AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Questions and Answers, EOC Furniture Drawing, and UNICOR Office Catalog.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide and install a EOC Furniture FY25 at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached EOC Furniture Specifications. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of Performance is 90 Calendar Days after receipt of award.

***Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Quote must include the pricing for shipping, unloading, installation and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025.

The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1,100 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. 

The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0068 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “EOC Furniture FY25 Combo” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. Technical submission must include specifications for the EOC Furniture being quoted.

The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CT on Friday, 15 August 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
