EPOCAST FROZEN EPOXY

The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:

The 76th CMXG/553rd is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of Epocast 1627-2 Frozen Epoxy. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below.

a. Quantity 216 (two hundred and sixteen) Epocast 1627-2 - 6 oz. Frozen Epoxy

b. Shall be certified by batch to BMS5-28 Type 27

c. Shall be shipped with 1 (one) temperature recorder inside each box

2. Additional requirements are listed below

a. Shall remain at 0 degrees Fahrenheit during shipment

b. Product shall arrive with 85% of shelf life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB

c. Certificates of analysis shall include date of manufacture and date of shipment

3. Delivery dates and quantities are listed below. a. First Delivery July 2025 – Quantity 108 (one hundred and eight)

b. Second Delivery October 2025 - Quantity 108 (one hundred and eight)

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.

Estimated Period of Performance:  90 days ARO

This is a small business set-aside

System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325520 with a size standard of 550 EMP.
