The Solicitation Close Date is changed from 20 August 2026 to 27 August 2026.***The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the due date of solicitation N3943026R2006 by one (1) day, from 19 August 2026 to 20 August 2026.The Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, California has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number N3943026R2004 a Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM), Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center?s (EXWC) has a requirement to support the Navy?s Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Corrosion Prevention and Control(abatement and repair) requirements program located within the Contiguous United States (CONUS). This requirement is to maintain a ready fleet of all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), support vehicles, and Containerized Base Camp Facilities, referred to as Naval Expeditionary Equipment Assets. This support would include: inspection services, preventative maintenance services, refurbishment, repair, overhaul services, upgrade, modernization, modification services, logistic management information and services (LMIS), Corrosion Prevention and Control (abatement and repair) of the Naval expeditionary equipment assets. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 27 August 2026 as indicated on the solicitation. This acquisition is solicited as 100 percent women owned, small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from women owned, small business concerns. NAVFAC EXWC anticipates the award of an IDIQ with base ordering period of sixty (60) months, and an extension of services period not to exceed six (6) months. Individual task orders under this contract will be firm fixed price (FFP). The Government intends to issue a minimum guarantee. The estimated award date is February 2027. The maximum value of all task orders placed under this contract will not exceed $39,000,000.00. The solicitation and attachments are available to view and/or download online via the Solicitation Module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil/, which can be accessed through the links included solicitation notice N3943026R2003. This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to check the solicitation module in PIEE periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to receive an award under this procurement.
