DLA?s Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office must respond to numerous legal actions throughout the year. The DLA Information Operations Portfolio Program Executive Office, Enterprise Data Solutions Portfolio (J62K) Electronically Stored Information Disclosure and Discovery Program (ESIDD) has procured in-house software, tool(s), capabilities, and/or support services which strengthens Agency efforts in Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery). This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for a ?Combined? Support Services contract to act as the system integrator for the Agency?s acquisition and support of multiple COTS software solutions within the eDiscovery program, and subject matter expertise in both eDiscovery processes and the Agency?s eDiscovery capability to support ESIDD customers. Licenses for these COTS solutions are provided under separate contracts.
