The written response must reference solicitation number N6053026PR00414 and include a capability statement that clearly indicates the firms experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email by the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. The deadline for receipt is 4:00 PM PST on April 6, 2026. Please note the following: A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
