In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects:

The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is Between $25,000 and $100,000.

Far 52.228-13 is in effect.

Delivery/Performance Schedule:

All goods and/or services shall be completed within 45 days of commencement of work.

This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract.  The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13, part 15, and part 36
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
