Cataloging and Provisioning Data: The contractor will deliver Logistics Product Data (LPD) and Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) required for the complete cataloging and provisioning baseline of the F-22 Nose and Main Landing Gear systems (P/Ns: 5HL11001-101/107, 5HL11100-102/112, and 5HL11100-101/111). 2. Depot Gap Analysis: The contractor will perform a comprehensive gap analysis to support the establishment of an organic, Depot-level Repair and Overhaul Capability at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB). This includes assessing current capabilities, identifying skill and training gaps, and identifying all necessary equipment and tools. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
