Introduction: The purpose of this is to obtain information and comments from interested and potential sources with the capability to procure the KC-46A F139-PW4062-100. The United States Air Force (USAF) has a requirement for the procurement of twelve (12) spare core engines with the option to procure an additional seven (7) core engines via an option(s). The intent of this SSS/RFI is to discover potential sources of procurement of this requirement. The objective is each spare engine shall be procured, preserved, wrapped, and shipped to Tinker AFB where Engine Build Up (EBU) will occur making the spare engine Ready for Installation. All procurement of Quick Engine Change (QEC) components, EBU, Inlet Cowl, and Engine Trailer/Cradle will be procured separately. The Air Force is hereby soliciting capability statements from interested sources in support of the F139 spare engine acquisition.
