FABRIC FOR MILITARY CEREMONIAL WHITE GLOVES REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) #ROUK-25-003

The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on the availability of vendors that can provide fabric for use in production. Preference is given to Berry Compliant fabrics; however, if not available, information on alternative non-Berry Compliant fabric options is also of interest. The Air Force Uniform Office (AFUO) is conducting market research for a white knit fabric intended for use in the production of military ceremonial and duty-specific gloves. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks fabric suppliers capable of providing materials that meet defined performance and aesthetic requirements. Desired fabric characteristics include: easy care, moisture-wicking, fine gauge, white or bleached with optical brightener, fade and shrink resistance, softness, and breathability. Preference is given to Berry Compliant fabrics; however, alternative non-Berry Compliant options may also be considered. All submissions will be reviewed.
