Description: The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Janitorial Services, for the IBWC Amistad Field Office located at the Falcon Dam Site, 1 Reservoir Road, Falcon Heights, Texas 78545, two (2) day per week (Monday & Wednesday) Excluding Federal Holidays. Area To Be Cleaned 1. New Operations and Maintenance Building. (Approximately 5000 Sq. ft) (11) Offices inside new building (1) Main Entrance Lobby (1) Wrap Around Hallway inside new building (1) Conference Room (1) Break Room (2) Bathrooms (1) Shower / Locker Room (1) Reproduction Room (Printer Room) RESTRICTIONS DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, SUCH AS DESKS OR FILE CABINETS OR OTHER HEAVY ITEMS. DO NOT REMOVE ANY PAPERS FROM THE TOPS OF DESKS. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED Twice a year wax floor at the Recreation Hall. Empty all trash cans and replace plastic bags in trash cans. Dust all desks and tops of copy machine, cabinets, tables and appliances. Sweep and mop floors, including around the cracks. Remove cobwebs from walls. Dust window blinds and light covers, clean all surfaces of windowsills, and Venetian blinds, clean inside and outside of windows. 6. Clean all restrooms and shower/locker room: a. Wash toilets and basin with detergent and scouring pads b. Clean mirrors with glass cleaner c. Sweep and mop floors d. Disinfect all surfaces NOTE: Please notify IBWC personnel when supplies are becoming low at least 45 days in advance. Performance Period: Base Year + 4 Option Years. Once year after award. The government will award the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The government will award this solicitation to the responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must provide a 2-3-page document outlining their experience, qualified personnel, schedule, and capabilities in performing Janitorial Services. Past Performance – Quotes shall demonstrate successful past performance of at least 3 three (3) references for similar projects. The information shall include name of person, company, phone number, email address, and brief description of the project. Offerors shall meet or exceed and specifications and scope of work of items being quoted. Failure to submit required technical approach and past performance will deem a proposal non-responsive and no consideration for award will be given.
