    Description

    The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform comprehensive services as outlined in Section 5 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include family violence data analysis/ processing, family violence prevention research, administrative support services, general internet/ technology (IT) support services, marketing services, information and referral, outreach services, parenting skills, parenting education training, child development information, advocacy, awareness education and training. These comprehensive services are In Accordance with (IAW) AR 608-18, AR 608-1, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6400.01, 6400.06, 6400.07, 6400.09, 6400.10, 6400.11, local SOPs and all other relevant governances. The contractor Services will be as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 

    This requirement provides increased support to the ACS Center's FAP at Fort Bragg, in support of U.S. Army military personnel and their family members, as well as civilian personnel and their family members. Services include family violence data analysis/ processing, family violence prevention research, administrative support, general internet/ technology (IT) support services, marketing services, outreach services, information and referral, parenting skills, awareness, education, and training/ instruction. 

    Amendment 0001 is being issued to:

    (1) ADDRESS QUESTIONS RECEIVED FROM INDUSTRY. ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 AT 5:00 PM EST TO APRIL.J.BRATCHER.CIV@ARMY.MIL.
    RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS WILL BE UPLOAD ON SAM.GOV NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 5, 2025 BY 12:00 PM EST.
