Failure to do so will deem the bid unacceptable Pricing: Include shipping in all pricing Evaluation: The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Condition: All ammunition must be new manufacture. Remanufactured or "reloads" will not be accepted.
