Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files).
Delivery information and vendor information sheet are with the solicitation. The vendor information sheet, on the last page of the synopsis, must be completed and returned with the spreadsheet.
