FCRHC TRANE CHILLER REPAIRS

The Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with Trane U.S. Inc. (Unique Entity ID # QJFJBF8ZBUM8), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).  Trane U.S. Inc. is able to provide repair services on Trane Chillers this shall include materials, parts, and labor for repairs. The NAICS code is 333415, with an associated small business size standard of 1250 employees.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
