Description: Effort is for three tasks.

1. TASK ONE: Demo and dispose of the existing roll-up door, as well as Furnishing and installation of a new non-insulated rolling steel service door with the necessary components at the Industrial Machine Shop on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703.
2. TASK TWO: Demo and dispose of the existing roll-up doors (2) and metal entry doors (2), as well as furnishing and installation of custom storefront style wall panel/window units (2) and custom storefront style doors (2) at the FED Building on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703.
3. TASK THREE: The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to demo and dispose of existing roll-up door, as well as Furnishing and installation of a 15 x 12 non-insulated 24guage rolling steel service door white in color with hood cover, right hand drive chain hoist with hasp, structural steel guides and helical torsion barrel spring. Also, with all the necessary components. Location: Industrial Building Cutter Boat Storage on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703.

Complete Submission: A submission considered complete shall include the following: a completed pricing/quotation, technical approach (not to exceed 5 pages in length), proposed schedule, and a completed SF1442. Failure to provide this information will render a quote ineligible for award.

Payment Bond:  Anticipated value of the effort indicates the requirement for a submission to contain a Payment Bond.  SF25A has been included in the attachments for completion.
