FEDTRIBE LLC DELIVERY ORDER FOR HARDWARE FOR SCANEAGLE UAS PLATFORM

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Delivery Order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001926G1004 to FedTribe LLC (FedTribe), King William, VA, for the procurement of Insitu ScanEagle UAS hardware. The anticipated delivery period will be 210 days after contract award. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of ScanEagle UAS platform, Insitu is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services. This acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.108 Contracting With the Small Business Administration (the 8(a) Program).
