FEMA REGION VI: NUTANIX/HYCU LICENSES AND SUPPORT

he purpose of this request for quote is to seek quotes for brand name only Nutanix software licenses and HYCU backup solution licenses and support for the Federal Emergency Management Agency - Region VI.
 
Only quotes for brand-name Nutanix and HYCU items will be accepted. No equivalents will be considered. 
 
This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
 
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210 - Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47 million.
 
The delivery terms for this request are 60 days after receipt of order.
 
The Government's range of affordability for this request does not exceed $173,000.00. The offeror is encouraged to submit pricing that is fair, reasonable, and within this anticipated funding range.
 
Offerors are required to reference the RFQ identifier "70FBR625Q00000043 - FEMA Region VI: Nutanix/HYCU licenses and support" in the subject line of all emails and on all submitted documents and correspondence related to this solicitation. Failure to properly reference the RFQ identifier may result in delayed processing or disqualification of the quote.
