The FSRs will be supporting Self Propelled Howitzer System (SPHS), Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (BFVS), Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicles (AMPV), and Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) during vehicle production.
The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5(a). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Subcontracting opportunities may exist. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
