The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1), intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support Multiple Award Contract (MAC) FTSS V Lot 2 for E-2C/D Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), in support of E-2C/D and MQ-4C training devices at Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, Virginia and Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu, California.     The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months of mobilization, with one (1) eight-month base period, four (4) twelve-month options, and one (1) two-month option.
