Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is considering executing this effort under the FTSS V Multiple Award Contract (MAC). In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), NAWCTSD intends to provide a fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 for Kuwait Air Forces (KAF) F/A-18 Trainers Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS)The requirement is to provide operations and maintenance services for two (2) networked F/A-18C Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT), two (2) F/A-18E TOFT, two (2) F/A-18E Low Cost Trainers (LCTs) and F/A-18C, and F/A-18E Aircrew Training Courseware Computer Based Training (CBT) located at Ahmed Al Jaber, Kuwait.

The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and one (1) 10-month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Start of contractor Mobilization is anticipated to be 31 March 2026 with a Contract Start Date for performance beginning on 01 June 2026. A list of FTSS V Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.

Anticipated Site Visits/Pre-Proposal Conference: Anticipated Site Visits/Pre-Proposal Conference: A Site Visit to Ahmed Al Jaber, Kuwait is being contemplated pending Industry interest. If interested, please respond to the below points of contacts within 7 days of this notice. If scheduled, the Site Visit will be no more than half a day. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated to be held virtually at a TBD date/time.
