The DISA Business Systems Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking information for potential sources for financial systems modernization and rationalization, sustainment, including the full lifecycle range of Financial Systems Operation, Maintenance, and Sustainment support for DISA Business Applications. Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Sustainment shall include designing, developing, configuring, testing, migrating, operating/maintaining, and securing financial systems. This effort also encompasses supporting ongoing operations and implementing upgrades with Government provided hardware and software. Additional tasks include identification and cataloging of lower-level requirements, based on the Government providing, general, high-level requirements. This requirement also contains tasks which include the creation of scenarios, developing and delivering engineering architectures, providing studies to transition the system to prevalent cloud environments, performing work to sustain the system under the series 800, Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), practicing configuration management and delivering baselined software code, and sustaining the operational system.
