Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a hybrid firm-fixed price plus time-and-materials requirements type service contract to perform hydrostatic testing, maintenance, and recharge of various types of fire extinguishers at Letterkenny Army Depot. The contractor shall perform to the standards of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and two (2) options years. The procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $12.5M and the product code/service code is J012 – Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Fire Control Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-A022 will be released on or about 26 September 2025, with a closing date on or about 17 October 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
