The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform operational tests, inspections, maintenance on fire trucks and apparatus located at U.S. Forces Korea Army Garrisons: Camp Casey, Camp Humphreys, Daegu Enclave (Camp Henry, Camp Walker, Camp Carroll, Yongsan, and Busan Storage Center.The Contractor shall perform required services in strict compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1910, 1911, 1071 and all other terms and conditions contained herein. The host nation EVT and Automotive Service Excellence equivalent will suffice this requirement in compliance of Korea Fire Agency (KFA) 27 and KFA 33 standards. As prescribed in the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), certification Testing must be conducted by an accredited ISO/IEC 17020, third-party company, and PM services by appropriate level of Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certified personnel or equivalent manufacturer certified technician. PM and Repairs of aerial apparatus must be conducted by EVT Level 2 or higher or by a manufacturer certified technician under EVT3 supervision.
