All equipment offered must meet each of the following minimum requirements. Offers that do not meet all mandatory characteristics will not be considered:

Mobility: Heavy-duty No less than 5-inch swivel casters with brakes (non-marking).
Power Supply: Minimum 10-foot external cord and plug assembly, configurable for left or right-hand access.
