Installation must meet or exceed hurricane wind load requirements for Monroe County, Florida, and comply with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and all applicable local, state, and federal codes. All work planning and coordination must begin within 5 days of contract award, and all work must be completed no later than 180 days after award.
