    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

    Solicitation number FA301626Q0020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Forklift Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Logistics Branch (HNCL) at Port San Antonio and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, including all management, tools, maintenance manuals, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to perform inspections/preventative maintenance, and repair services on forklifts and their locations are listed in Appendix A of the PWS. Addition of similar equipment and/or removal of equipment from this list may be expected throughout the life of this contract in order to meet Government needs. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. (Refer to the PWS Attachment and all accompanying documents for more information).

    This acquisition is 100% Total Set-Aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

    Submission instructions: Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to A1C Naomi Kabi, Contract Specialist, at naomi.kabi.1@us.af.mil. 

    Question Submission Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, 08 April 2026. Response to questions will be posted by the Government on SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.

    Quote Submission Deadline: All quotes, along with the completed portions of the solicitation, must be received by 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. Quotes submitted after this date/time will not be considered unless determined by Contract Officer that accepting a quote after the submission deadline is the most advantageous for the government.
