Project Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide mowing and trimming services. Services include mowing, bagging clippings, trimming, and picking up any trash or tree limbs in the mowing areas. The contractor shall perform these services at designated areas described in this (PWS). The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.

Base Year: Date of Award through November 30, 2025
Site Visit:
A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side visit if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed. Information regarding who to contact to arrange for a site visit will be included in the solicitation.
