FOUR (4) FLOODLIGHTS WITH DIESEL GENERATOR FOR PHYSICAL SECURITY DIVISION, DES, USAGJ

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Purchase for Four (4) Floodlights with Diesel Generator for Physical Security Division, DES, USAGJ. Anticipated award date is around 29 May 2026 (subject to change)

Four (4) Floodlights with Diesel Generator for Physical Security Division, DES, USAGJ.

Any damages caused to the items during delivery on this contract shall be replaced and/or repaired to its original condition at no additional cost to the U.S. The contractor shall perform a test run and adjustment to ensure the floodlights are functioning properly upon delivery. The contractor shall provide basic operational training to U.S. Government's Japanese employees at the time of the delivery. The contractor shall deliver Floodlights with Diesel Generator directly to each location in Japan as follows.

Kure Pier 6 (1 EA)

Akizuki AMMO Depot (1 EA)

Hiro AMMO Depot (1EA)

Kawakami AMMO Depot (1EA)

Notes:

Note 1: These floodlights shall be delivered four (4) locations in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must perform a test run and adjustment to ensure the floodlights are functioning properly at each location in the country of Japan.

Note 2: To receive timely warranty support and perform test run upon delivery, offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
