This is a resolicitation of W15QKN-25-R-A042 due to requirement changes Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Governments expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around 09 June 2025. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-25-R-A090. The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for HVAC Repairs at Fort Drum, NY, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) in Building NY112. The Government intends to issue the solicitation as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The Contractor shall have 120 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete all tasks associated with the Specification of Work. This requirement will be funded utilizing 2025 Operations and Maintenance Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work, which consists of but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of (3) PTAC (Package Terminal Air Conditioning) units. Removal of (2) Outdoor Condensing Units and Indoor DX Coils and replacement with (1) New appropriately sized Outdoor Air-Cooled Chiller and (2) Indoor Chilled water Coils to replace existing units which have failed and (1) automatic glycol fill station at Fort Drum Training building NY112. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All potential sources must obtain a Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a UEI number, a CAGE Code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. The RFP, when released, will be posted on via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
