    The 354th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below:

    A bridge inspection and repair study at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The work includes A-E Title I services (Design Phase Services) for inspecting 19 bridges and culverts, including conducting a structural inventory, performing NBIS-compliant inspections, and developing repair recommendations. This encompasses site investigation, structural assessments, load ratings, and cost estimates for repair or replacement. The contractor will also create schematic repair plans and prioritization matrices based on inspection findings.

    The scope includes reviewing existing data, coordinating with the Government to verify inventory, attending review meetings at key milestones, and providing draft and final reports. The A-E shall deliver a complete set of schematic repair plans, specifications, cost estimates, and condition rankings. All work must comply with applicable federal standards and Air Force requirements.

    The contract schedule, as outlined in the statement of work, requires the submission of final deliverables within 12 months of Notice to Proceed.
