FUEL FOR GENERATOR SET AND DISPENSERS

The U.S. Embassy in Libreville has a requirement for the delivery of 20,000 Liters of diesel fuel (for fuel dispenser and generator set).

Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. 

Offers are due by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time.

All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. 

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
