    You are invited to submit a quotation in response to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center Fuel Analysis Program.  The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide fuel testing services for USCG vessels and aviation fuel analysis. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and shipping fuel sample kits worldwide, shipping of fuel samples worldwide to the Contractor’s fuel laboratory, conducting the required fuel sample analysis, assuring quality of fuel analysis results, retention and disposal of fuel samples, and reporting fuel analysis results to the USCG Point of Contact. 

    USCG will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. The NAICS is 541380 with a size standard of $19.0M. This competitive acquisition will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) Requirements contract consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.

    In accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, potential offerors intending to submit quotations must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.

    Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than July 31, 2025 @ 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

    All questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted in writing, electronically to Carol Dreszer, Contract Specialist, at Carol.L.Dreszer@uscg.mil on or before July 23, 2025 @5PM EST. Offerors are encouraged to submit questions as soon as possible for consideration.
