FUEL SYSTEM SPARE PARTS

The U. S. Embassy in Podgorica has a requirement for fuel system spare parts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for  commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6.  The solicitation number is 19MJ1925Q0011 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect and are attached as a separate document to this solicitation.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following:

1.Completed SF-18 (blocks 8, 11 and 13-16 as appropriate)

2.Price proposal (please note warranty period and delivery plan/deadline)

3.Technical proposal (Models and exact specifications of the offered models)

4.SAM.gov registration

5.List of clients over the past 2 years, demonstrating prior experience with relevant past performance information and references

6.Evidence that the offeror/quoter operates established business with permanent address and telephone listing (CRPS excerpt for Montenegro based companies)

Deadline for quotes:

Quotations should be submitted in electronic format and must be submitted via email only to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.  Quotations must be submitted by 4PM (CEST) on August 21, 2025.
