1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being solicited in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.5-Small Business Total Set-Asides 2. Attached to this Request for Proposal and subsequent contract are the following: a. Attachment 1 Oil Tank Statement of Work b. Attachment 2 - 0200000 C Management and Administration v2.11 c. Attachment 3 - storage-tanks-capacity-for-58-records_Electrical 6. Quote is due no later than 10:00 AM local time on the date specified in block 8 (June 9, 2026) in this document. Quote may be e-mailed to Jess Mercurio at jessica.a.mercurio.civ@us.navy.mil and Joe Henrius at joseph.p.henrius.civ@us.navy. mil. Quotes may NOT be mailed or faxed at this time. 7. Contractors may experience delays at the gates when entering and/or exiting the installation. The Government shall not compensate for any such delays. All vehicles are subject to search upon entry, exit and while on the installation. Refusal to comply with a Navy police request to search a vehicle will result in denial of access to the installation and may result in criminal prosecution. 8. SCA Wage Determination 15-4195 (4-29-26), dated April 29 2026 has been incorporated in this RFP. 9. All terms and conditions from this solicitation shall be included in the contract award by reference.
