This procurement is a Full and Oen Competition per the requirment in the attachement.  Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications and capability statement) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Tuesday 28 July 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.

CLIN 0001  Rental Fee

CLIN 0002  Assembly/Dismantle Labor

CLIN 0003 Heat Exchange Cleaning Fee

CLIN 0004  Delivery Charge

CLIN 0005  Pickup Charge

• Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance.
