This requirement is for Full Food and Meal Support Services. These services are sourced by Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) for Naval Station (NS) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The outcomes to be achieved are to provide all personnel, supervision and all items and services necessary to perform Full Food and Meal Support Services at NS Guantanamo Bay. The Contractor shall provide all resources, and services, to include personnel travel, lodging, and transportation to perform Full Food and Meal Support Service in support of Gold Hill Galley (Building 1662), Leeward Galley (AKA Salabarria Hall, Building AV630), and Camp America (Building 2502), and meal support services to Kittery Cafe (Building 2261). Additionally, the Contractor shall provide for Special Events, Migrant Feeding Operations, Commissions Feeding Operations, Special Operations, and Detention Camp areas aboard U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1FD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a small business size standard of $47 million. The RFP will be available on or about Monday January 5, 2026, on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFP will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments.
