Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857125Q0108.

The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, travel, labor, and delivery to provide the necessary preventative maintenance which includes new replacement parts, travel expense(s), and labor to repair the Fulton Thermal Heater (Asset # WR006195/1 ea.) to the 402nd Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) at Robins AFB in support of Commodities Maintenance Support Group (CMXG). In accordance with DFARS 252.217-7028, Over and Above Work may be discovered during performance and will be included as a separate CLIN to be negotiated upon discovery in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This is an urgent, commercial sole source requirement that will be solicited to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendor using Other than Full and Open Competition as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
