The RCO MCI-West is issuing this Sources Sought (SS) as a means of conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing flow testing and servicing of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) harnesses and masks and hydrostatic testing and servicing of carbon cylinders. These services will be utilized by the Marine Corps Installations West (MCIW) Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) departments and performed onsite aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton (CPEN), Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) 29 Palms.
